Service Level Agreements (SLA)

A service-level agreement (SLA) documents the commitments between OptimaPS and customers. OptimaPS offers 3 levels of agreements Ranging from SLA1 to SLA3. Level of agreement is determined according to the customers’ requirements in main support aspects; support Access, response time, remote support, on-site support, Preventive Maintenance, and Service Deliver Owner.

As a key element of SLA, OptimaPS offers Service level Objective (SLO) that defines the customers’ goals and the required factors to achieve the set objectives including service availability or response time. To measure the compliance and goals achievements, OptimaPS delivers service level indicator Service Level Indicator (SLI)

IT Staff Augmentation
